Guests should be at our check in stand at least 20 minutes prior to their tour's departure and are asked to adhere to the proper covid protols. Masks are asked and expected to be worn during check in and during the tour whilst on the boat rides. A sanitization stand will be at our check in stand as well as on the boats. All equipment is to be sanitized before and after each tour including our boats. However, due to the rise in covid cases, guests are asked to bring their own snorkeling gear if and whenever possible.

4 PERSON MINIMUM ON ALL TOURS - WE WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO ACCEPT OR CONFIRM RESERVATIONS FOR GROUPS OF LESS THAN FOUR IF WE DO HAVE OTHER PREBOOKED RESERVATIONS FOR A PARTICULAR DATE
50% Deposit required on all tours at the time of booking.
If customer cancels on or before 30 days of a tour THE CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT 20% OF THE DEPOSIT.
If a customer cancels 15-29 DAYS BEFORE THE TOUR THEY FORFEIT THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT.
IF A CUSTOMER CANCELS 14 DAYS OR LESS BEFORE THE TOUR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE TOUR WILL BE CHARGED.
If White Sands or a guest CRUISE ship cancels due to weather, White Sands will try to reschedule the tour for another day/time or refund the customers full amount (less the 8.5% credit card processing fee).
No refunds will be made to any guest who fails to show up for a tours departure time or/and at the designated place. Nor will a guest be refunded if they leave or abandon a tour or otherwise does not use all of the services scheduled to be provided on the tour. Most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any guest who chooses not to participate in a tours activity or activities due to weather conditions. If a ship does not arrive to the port of call for whatever reason, White Sands will refund the deposit less the 8.5% credit card processing fee. However, it is the full responsibility of the guest to notify White Sands in writing of the circumstances within 7 days of the ships cancellation to request a refund.
